All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for disputes related to these Terms or the Site shall be in state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless otherwise required by law.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Continued use still does not constitute SMS consent.
